- Provide and maintain our service (customer service SaaS).

The legal basis for processing your data is the execution of a contract (when you register and use VennDesk) and your express consent (when sending us queries via the contact form or subscribing to newsletters).

We will retain your personal data for as long as you keep your account active on VennDesk. Once you request cancellation, the data will be blocked for the time necessary to comply with the applicable legal obligations and then will be permanently deleted.
5. Communication to Third Parties
In order to provide the service, VennDesk shares strictly necessary data with technological infrastructure providers (hosting, email services, payment gateways and AI providers such as OpenAI if the client enables such integration). All providers comply with strict privacy regulations.

You have the right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose the processing of your data, as well as the portability and limitation of processing. To exercise these rights, send an email to soporte@datavenn.com indicating the right you wish to exercise.
