Terms of Service

Welcome to VennDesk. By using our software and associated services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. We recommend that you read them carefully before starting to use the platform.

1. Service Description

VennDesk is a software as a service (SaaS) platform aimed at unified customer service management, including ticket management, live chats and time control. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Accounts and Use of the Service

To use VennDesk, you must register an account and provide truthful information. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your passwords. You are not permitted to use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

3. Pricing and Payment Plans

VennDesk offers a 14-day free trial period. After this period, the service will require payment of a recurring subscription (monthly or annual) according to the current rates published on our website. Non-payment will result in account suspension after a reasonable grace period.

4. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the information and data (such as tickets and conversations) that you enter into VennDesk. You grant us a non-exclusive and temporary license solely to host and process such data for the purpose of providing the service to you.

5. Suspension, Data Retention and Cancellation

You can cancel your account at any time from the control panel. In case of non-payment or expiration of the trial period (14 days), your account will go into suspended status and the widget will stop working (its use is only allowed in the configured domain or authorized local environment). During the first 6 months of suspension, you will maintain read-only access to the Time Control module to comply with labor regulations and be able to export your records. After an additional 6 months (1 year total), the account and all its data will be permanently deleted. The Owner reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that seriously breach these terms.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to you by email or through the platform itself at least 15 days prior to their entry into force.
